What is included in the $499 website?
The $499 bundle includes $1,249 in package value: the $749 website build, $250 lead funnel, and $250 SEO + GEO setup. You save $750. It includes one main page with up to six sections, your services and photos, up to five FAQs, SEO + GEO setup for Google and AI search, connection to one domain, click-to-call buttons, a booking link, basic lead tracking, a short handoff video, one revision, and ongoing bug fixes at no extra charge. Your free lead funnel uses that page and includes up to five questions about one service, a thank-you page, and delivery to one supported inbox or CRM.
What does SEO + GEO setup include?
SEO + GEO is a $250 bonus included free in your $499 website. We set up page titles, search descriptions, headings, service-area wording, relevant structured data, a sitemap, and crawl settings. Your included FAQs use direct answers that search engines and AI tools can read. This is one-time setup for the pages in your package. Rankings, indexing, traffic, and AI mentions are not guaranteed. Ongoing content and reporting are separate.
Is the lead funnel really free?
Yes. Lead funnel setup is $250 on its own and free with your $499 website. The thank-you page is included. Hosting, paid CRM, and other software costs are separate, and you approve those costs before work starts.
What will I pay after the build?
Managed website hosting is $39/month from launch, including the standard platform cost, HTTPS, domain connection, and help with hosting issues. Domain registration and renewal are priced separately. The $499 package plus 12 months of hosting totals $967 before domain, tax, and optional extras. Existing compatible hosting can be reviewed before quoting. Hosting is month-to-month; cancel before renewal and arrange a supported transfer first. The website build is a one-time charge. Optional automations require their own monthly plans: Google review request automation: from $49 setup + from $49/month; Website AI chatbot: from $99 setup + from $79/month; After-hours AI receptionist: from $199 setup + from $149/month; Text message follow-up: from $99 setup + from $79/month. Each includes stated usage and routine care on our standard setup. Higher usage, premium tools, carrier registration, and extra integrations are quoted before you commit.
Do I pay before seeing the design?
No. Luke reads your request and prepares a private preview if the project fits. You approve the preview and written scope before paying. Payment is due before launch.
Can you guarantee more leads or sales?
No. We build the website and inquiry funnel, but results also depend on your traffic, offer, pricing, and follow-up. The calculator uses your assumptions; it does not predict your results.
How long does it take?
We aim to finish within five business days after approval, payment, and receipt of your business details and photos you have permission to use. Luke confirms a delivery date with you. Calls and video reviews are available Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Central Time.
Can I add more pages, booking, or AI?
Yes. Additional content pages start at $75 each. The funnel’s thank-you page is already included in the $499 package. A simple link to your existing booking calendar or a booking-request form is included. Advanced calendar integrations, extra forms, and AI services get a separate written quote.
Will you fix bugs after launch?
Yes. If you find a bug in the website we built for you, let us know and we’ll fix it at no extra charge. There’s no time limit. New features, extra pages, and design changes are quoted separately.
How much are listing cleanup and reports?
$49 once covers one location and up to three existing listings. Monthly visitor and lead reporting is optional at $19/month. Basic tracking setup is included in the website price. Visits and clicks are measured activity, not guaranteed customers.
Who owns the accounts?
Your domain and any software accounts you buy directly stay in your name. Managed plans may use Avandria-operated software; the quote identifies who owns each account and what can be transferred. Before purchase, we explain website editing, transfer, export, and platform limits. The website build is one-time; running a managed automation requires its monthly plan.
How is the $1,249 package discounted to $499?
The separate service prices are $749 for the website, $250 for the lead funnel, and $250 for SEO + GEO setup: $1,249 total. The current package deal includes all three for $499, saving $750. This comparison uses separate service value, not a claim that the bundle previously sold for $1,249. Managed hosting is $39/month. Domain registration, renewal, and optional automation plans are separate.
How do your managed plans compare with other providers?
Our pricing page links to specific published offers with their scope and date checked. Our Google review-request plan is from $49 setup + from $49/month, including 100 request emails/month for one location. Airlocked Solutions lists $300 setup plus $150/month for a broader package with missed-call texts and review requests, with messaging extra. NiceJob, Smith.ai, and SmartServe AI have different features and allowances. These are examples, not a market average, our former prices, or a promise that we are always cheapest. What is included in monthly automation management?
Standard software and the listed monthly usage on our managed setup. A monthly workflow check and error review. One small wording or FAQ update, up to 15 minutes per month. Your domain, CRM or calendar subscriptions, carrier registration fees, and any dedicated or premium platform you need are separate. We itemize these costs in your quote before you commit. Routine checks are monthly, with support during business hours. New features and complex changes are quoted separately.
What happens if usage grows or I cancel?
Starting prices cover the single-business scope listed for each service. Higher usage, more locations, extra workflows, and complex integrations get a custom setup and monthly quote. There is no fixed upper price; your needs determine the scope. Allowances reset each month and do not roll over. We agree a spending limit and what happens at the limit before launch: pause the automation or use the agreed human handoff. Extra usage or a higher plan needs your approval first. The monthly plan is required while we run and manage the automation. Your plan starts when the tested service goes live; any confirmed free-month credit applies before monthly fees are due. Plans are month-to-month; cancel before your next renewal. Managed service and included usage end with your final paid or credited month.
Do you have pricing for a business before its first sale?
Yes. The startup website package is $199 one time, saving $300 on the standard $499 bundle. For pre-revenue service businesses launching their first website. It includes the same website scope, free $250 lead funnel, free $250 SEO/GEO setup, click-to-call, booking link, tracking, handoff video, one revision, and website bug fixes. Luke confirms eligibility and scope before payment. One startup package per business. Hosting, domain, and optional automation setup fees and monthly plans remain separate.
How do referral rewards work?
Referred clients get their first 3 months of managed AI automations free. The person who referred them gets 1 free month of automations. Choose Referral in the inquiry form and tell us who referred you. Luke verifies the referral and confirms both rewards in writing. The new client’s free months start when setup is paid and the agreed automations go live. Free months cover the monthly management fees and included usage of the automation plans agreed for the project: chatbots, AI reception, review requests, and text follow-ups. Setup fees, extra usage, premium tools, and other separately quoted provider costs still apply. The new client’s first 3 monthly plan fees are waived. Regular agreed monthly pricing starts in month 4; cancel before renewal if you do not want to continue. The referrer earns 1 month of credit on their agreed automation plans after the referred client pays for setup and launches. If they do not have an active plan, the credit is held for their first automation month. Setup fees remain separate. For new Avandria clients, with one referrer per new client. No self-referrals or cash payouts. Website-only inquiries can name a referrer; automation rewards activate when the referred client launches a paid setup. The $199 startup website rate can be combined with this offer.
